Ex Work, CIF, C&F, CFR, DDU, DDP, FOB, .... By using Easy Sea Way as Booking agent, all shipping terms are available.
2. How can I book a shipment with Easy Sea Way?
So Easy, just send us the shipper details & we will follow & keep you posted.
3. Do you provide real-time shipment tracking?
In fact, Syria till now, Has No Direct Service, SO, All Carriers are using TT ports, ETA is sub to this TT port & connecting Feeder.

For other PODs, as Aqaba & Beirut, we have all the options. Direct & Indirect call.
4. What areas does Easy Sea Way cover?
It's Easy to Say, All Ports to All ports, we are handling all Cross & Direct shipments, through our agents around the whole world.
5.Do you provide packaging services?
Our warehouse agents, which are at all main ports, can provide you with all services, including packaging.
6. How do I request a pickup from my location?
Just send us the loading address & we will follow.

7. Are there any hidden fees in your pricing plans?
Totally NO, everything will be clear in our question according to shipper/client information.
8. Can I schedule recurring deliveries?
For sure you can, but please ask in the first place.
9. What is your average delivery time?
Transit time is sub to POL, & POD & which service you will consider, Direct or Indirect.
10. Do you offer insurance for shipments?
Yes, please ask for insurance before getting quotation.
11. Are weekend or holiday deliveries available?
Yes, for sure, our stuff is working 24/7
12. Can I change the delivery address after booking?
Yes, you can, but it will be amended quotation, if the updated delivery address is not so far from the confirmed address, we will cover these charges, but if it Far away, an extra charges will be occurred (this note is for inland).
For Sea, as all know, Any change after SO release, amendment fees will be occurred ( applied by Carriers with official receipt).
